Three years later after they have lost almost everything, they were only working with petty low-earning jobs just so they could survive. In order to overthrow the young and inexperienced King Louis, the shady Cardinal Richelieu works on an evil plot together with his trusty double agent Milady, the same back-stabbing woman who has caused the downfall of the three Musketeers. With Milady doing all the dirty underground work, Cardinal Richelieu devices a plan to frame the new bride of the King, her highness Queen Anne, to have a secret forbidden affair with Buckingham. If everything goes according to Richelieu’s evil plan, the Queen dies, war will break out in England, and the people themselves demand the fall of the King Louis, and then Cardinal Richelieu will then present himself as the new King of France! In order to stop this, the three fallen Musketeers must face their old enemies together with their young trainee to retrieve a diamond necklace from the Tower of London and return it to the Queen for a very important ball.
