The movie Drive was directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, soon to be released on September 2011. The movie centers on the life of a Hollywood stunt performer who moonlights as a wheelman, and discovers that a contract has been made against him right after a heist went wrong. Driver has a mentor and a part manager named Shannon (Bryan Cranston), who knows the greatest talents of Driver behind the wheel. He can either promote him to film on the television films and directors in the world of entertainment, business, or even thieves who simply needed an accomplice, a getaway driver. For the purpose of making money, Shannon plans to fund a stock car for Driver, so he can use it to race on the professional circuit. He knew for a fact that Bernie Rose (Albert Brooks) is the wealthiest man, although it is still questionable where he gets his money from, Shannon proposed to Bernie Rose to become their investor. Right after seeing the performance of Driver in action at the speedway, Bernie Rose suggests him to pair with Nino (Ron Perlman). He used to be a loner and unknowing of the deals that Shannon had been doing for him. But one day, Driver’s world starts to change for the first time he shared a ride in an elevator of his apartment with Irene (Carey Mulligan). When he saw her again at the grocery store with his young son, Benicio (Kaden Leos), he was forced to transform. When Irene and his son were stranded because her car would not start, Driver offers a ride to them. Soon after that, Driver was getting used to the routine of driving Irene to her work—she was a waitress. He watches them living happily with their lives, and seems to become a part of the family, while her car was still on fix. All of these comes to a stop as Standard (Oscar Isaac), Irene’s husband, comes out of prison. He threatens Driver although nothing really happened between them. But one day, he finds Standard lying with blood flowing on the garage, he is further embroiled into Irene’s life, and trouble starts to happen.
